Ordering Policies 

Changes on placed orders 

In order to process orders quickly, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system.

Shipping Address

We are unable to edit the address once an order has been placed. With that being said, please send us an email to support@xkarla.com and we'll see what we can do. For future orders, please update your account settings.

Xkarla LLC is unable to speak with the carrier directly regarding address change requests and is not responsible for any packages lost-in-transit. Please use the tracking number provided to make an attempt to reach out directly to the carrier with your address update The carrier will be able to provide you with available options for your request to update your address, however this will depend on the carrier's ability to do so.

If the package is returned as non-deliverable or Returned to Sender, store credit will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping costs once the package is delivered and processed by our Returns Department. We encourage you to continuously track your order while in transit!

Billing Address:

We are unable to make changes to your billing address on your order. With that being said, please send us an email to support@xkarla.com and we'll see what we can do. For future orders, please update your account settings.

If this mistake causes a delay in your order being processed and/or the package leaving our Distribution Center, we will be sure to contact you via email. Please be sure to check your inbox and spam (junk mail) for an email from xkarla LLC if in case this happens. Should you receive any email from us regarding a delay, please respond in timely manner to ensure we are able to address any concerns.

Duties on international orders

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient, as we do not take responsibility for these costs and do not offer compensation to cover any of these charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and are not able to tell you what the costs may be, as customs policies and import duties differ from country to country.

Price Matching 

We do not offer price adjustments on purchases made anytime prior to or after a sale. We reserve the right to change prices and promotions without notice. In addition, we do not offer price matching under any circumstance. 

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages

This can happen if (1) an address is invalid or missing information, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery.

Returned-to-Sender or Refused packages will be restocked and you will be issued store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

We are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed in our system. To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.

We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 


You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 


ORDERING AND SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders are subject to 1-3 business day processing and handling time.  This time frame may change unexpectedly and without notice depending on order fluctuation and outstanding circumstances. 

Xkarla LLC business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PST.

The time frame stated on the shipping page is the estimated "transportation" time from The xkarla LLC warehouse to the order shipping address. This time frame is not calculated by The xkarla LLC, but is estimated from the shipping transporter (i.e. USPS, UPS, etc.). Xkarla LLC cannot and will not guarantee any shipping and handling time frame estimates.

Xkarla LLC is not responsible for any theft or damages once the package is delivered.
