Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final; however, you may exchange an item for store credit, which you may use towards purchasing a replacement item in another size. Please request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is received. Due to high demand and limited quantities available, we cannot put items on hold until your return was received and processed by our shipping department. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Returned item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and free from any odor. It must also come in its original packaging.

If upon inspection, it was found that the item does not fit these requirements and is no longer in sale-able condition, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.

Refunds for Damaged Goods

xkarla only offers full refunds for damaged goods. If an item appears to be damaged upon delivery, you must request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is received.

Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined. 

If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.

Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

Price Adjustments and Matching 

We do not offer price adjustments on purchases made anytime prior to or after a sale. We reserve the right to change prices and promotions without notice. 

We do not offer price matching.
