RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Size or Style Exchanges
- To request an exchange, please email email@example.com with your request and order number
- GARMENTS: The returned item must be In its original condition—unused, unwashed, and free from any odor. It must also come in its original packaging. If upon inspection, it was found that the item does not fit these requirements and is no longer in sale-able condition, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
- SHIPPING: Once Xkarla LLC receives your package, your store credit will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via the same email used to purchase the order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All domestic orders are shipped through USPS, FedEx or UPS. Xkarla LLC is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Xkarla LLC will not issue store credit for your returns. Xkarla LLC is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from an exchange. Please return to the address below:

- To request a refund or replacement, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request and order number. Please include images of damages for a full refund or store credit.
- GARMENTS: Damaged items can be kept by the customer to donate locally.
- REFUNDS: Customers are able to get a refund or replacement for a damaged item within 30 days from when the order was received. After 30 days, a purchase is no longer eligible for a refund. All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Xkarla E-Gift Card. E-Gift Cards never expire, and are redeemable right away!
