Returns & Exchanges
Due to limited available quantities, all sales are final except for damaged goods. We offer exchanges for US customers only. For damaged goods, we offer a return or exchange for all customers.
If you would like to exchange for another size, or an item appears to be damaged upon delivery, you must request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date your order is received.

You will be notified on the next steps to request your return or exchange. Once your return has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any Fedex location.
We only accept returns of damaged items purchased from xkarla.com.
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Refunds for Damaged Goods
For Damaged Goods only. Once your damaged product return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your return is accepted or declined.
If your return is accepted, your refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment.
Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. The original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
